Parking

We have two entrances to the parking garage on the corner of Brooklyn Village and College St. You’ll see a loading dock first, and then the first entrance to garage. 50 feet up the road on College street you’ll see our second entrance.

Once you enter the parking garage, you will go up the ramp to park. There are signs posted around the garage directing you to the elevators. While you can park anywhere in the garage, we recommend you park P1B or higher for easy access to the elevators. After going to the LL you will exit left after the revolving doors into the alleyway. There is signage that leads you towards the Duke Energy Courtyard. You will see an array of yellow chairs, and then Albertine.

Validation

We validate parking for up to three hours in the Duke Energy Plaza parking garage. Once your parking ticket is administered, the timestamp is active and our validation will cover three hours. If your stay is longer than 3 hours there will be additional charges. After your meal our staff will provide you with your parking validation, along with any coats or bags checked. To exit the garage, there may be a closed black gate preventing you from exiting, but you just need to pull up closer to activate the sensor. After that, you will scan the original ticket that printed on your arrival, followed by the QR code validation provided by us. If your parking term is shorter than 3 hours, the validation will be applied and the arm will lift.
